Vehicle Health Check

We offer a free complementary Vehicle Health Check (VHC) each time you bring your car in for a service. One of our highly trained master technicians will give your car a thorough inspection whilst recording the process as they do it so you can see exactly what we see! We then create an easy-to-follow report highlighting any potential problems that we've spotted and email this along with your personalised video direct to your inbox. There’s no obligation to get the work done there and then; it’s just for your information.

We recognise the importance of your vehicle to you. Sometimes you know there something not quite right with it or a warning light may come on. Our skilled technicians are on hand to offer truthful and precise guidance. If you have any concern about your car, feel free to enquire!

Recall Check

Recalls are very rare, but your safety and peace of mind means a lot to us. If there is a problem and you need to get your car fixed or replaced by a manufacturer, at Jacksons we’ll help you to do so. 3 Year Service Plan

Available from only £24.49 a month. By taking advantage of our Van Mossel Jacksons Service Plan you will have peace of mind that your next 3 years’ service costs are covered. Prices are based on engine size. Terms and Conditions: Jacksons Service Plan is not available for taxis, hire cars or vehicles used for racing, rallying and track days. Minimum of 6 payments must be made before a service can carried out under the Plan. Aston Martin, Bentley, Porsche, Mercedes AMG, Audi RS or BMW Power are not included.
